We apply adult learning principles by using leading edge behavioural change processes, action and experiential learning. This allows us to employ techniques that are informed by accelerated learning research that caters to a range of preferences for adult learners. Kolb’s experiential learning model guides every aspect of Connect The Dots’ approach.

The blended learning methodology relies on a variety of training approaches and tools combined to embed and reinforce learning in an interactive and multi-dimensional manner.

The training design will always incorporate energizers, DVDs, business case studies, group discussions, exercises, role plays and the debriefing of learning through nominal round table techniques and discussion.
