Connect The Dots was contracted to develop a year training and development plan that addressed the following: competency gaps analysis, learning and development framework and plan, learning and development priorities and Year 1 roadmap, estimated training budget for year 1, design and develop performance agreement templates including development plans (leadership, management, technical and people skills). All of this was executed using the TTI Insights tools to assess skills gaps – same as Insights Discovery. In addition, Connect the Dots conducted focus group discussion workshops and individual stakeholder interviews to develop a 3-year training plan and design the performance agreement templates and PDP’s.
