Connect The Dots is currently in year 5 of this project with BMW SA. Our scope is broad and includes:Design, Develop and Deliver training throughout the BMW Dealership Network within South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa at Management level. We have designed Leadership and Management programmes in line with Germany’s blueprint for BMW Dealership leaders. We manage all of BMW South Africa’s training facilities and their administrative functions within South Africa (Rosslyn, Midrand, Cape Town and Durban). In addition, we manage BMW’s entire Learning Management System for South Africa (SA) and Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA). We also partner with the following Business Schools to deliver Leadership Training to the BMW Leaders through GIBS, USB-ed, SGI and Regenesys. In addition. Our expertise allows us to manage the logistical and administrative process with regard to Enrolling Learners, Onboarding Learners, Scheduling and Tracking progress, providing support to learners and reporting on BMWSA.
